This is my weekly interview series where I get to sit down with interesting people talk about the work they're doing in the world Especially as it relates to saving Western civilization a small task small order. know, but we're the people who are going to do it.

If anybody is, it's us or nobody.

And I think that although there's, you know, there are innumerable challenges in front of us.

We know many of them.

We've articulated them at length on the show.

In these interviews, I like to focus on hope.

I like to talk about not how everything is going to be great

because we don't know what's going to happen in the future,

but where we're investing our hope and our efforts and indeed even our prayer.

My guest today is named Faithmore. I have known her for my entire life and in fact that's because she's my sister and she's very dear to me personally of course

But I'm having her on today because she's got a novel coming out. So in addition to a dear sister and indeed a friend, I consider her an important voice in the culture for reasons that we're going to get into during

this interview. We're going to talk not just about storytelling but also about

motherhood and how those two things relate to one another, Faith's a stay at home mom, and she has done an amazing,

and remarkably impressive thing in putting this novel together while devoting the vast

majority of her time to what she calls her vocation, which is being a mom.

And she talks in this interview, we're going to get into all about how, you know, that career, which, you know know she is building gradually is not front and

center in her life and yet is still something of great importance to her and

how stories as a medium rather than like philosophical tracts

and political arguments how stories can contribute to changing the culture and
