| 1:15.0 | And so I thought if I could buy assets denominated in pesos, that would be a roundabout way of playing oil. |

| 1:25.1 | So I started buying real estate here in medaeine and I thought, okay great if I do well |
| 1:30.6 | on the real estate plus I do well on the real estate, plus I do well on the currency, you get kind of a double pop. |
