All right, you know I'm going to say it's going to be a great podcast. I think it is. I have an entrepreneur and author and I think when I have the combination of both, it's just hard to go wrong because you always, when you ever you interview an author they've kind of condensed

what they've learned and given it to you in this you know incredible format you know 150 to you know

how many pages and a reason why I say 150 your books under 150 you wrote a

pamphlet it's not a book so let's hope that everybody meets that criteria I have

Yeah I get pitched on books and I look in like the print is like really really big and there's like four

spaces I just not criticizing but I just saw Joel O'stein book and nothing against because actually generally like a lot of his stuff, but his book might it looked like it had four spaces between every sentence and and I'm visually challenged but I think they used a font that

Stevie Wonder could have read.

I was like this should have been a pamphlet.

All right.

So Brian, you've got an entrepreneurship,

a background, and, you know,

find founding companies, the profit finders,

acre holdings and things like that. And you've written some books. And you have an older book, but I like the title and we're going to get into your newest book, but unmatchable being the leader, they can't, being the lender they can't live without.

So tell me a little bit about that book.

Sure, Sean, I thanks for asking. I wrote that book, as you can tell it's a very specific audience right it's for

lenders commercial real estate lenders and bankers and that type of you know that

that crowd I just believe in, I wanted to write a book that was very, that had some very specific examples that they could use and relate to.

Not every, you know, there's a lot of books that are written to the mass audience, right?

And they have some great advice in there, but I think a lot of times people will turn off because, you know,
