So I like to ask everyone kind of the same question, how did you meet your husband and

when did you know there was a problem?

Sure, so thank you so much for having me, this is such a good opportunity for me to tell

my story and hopefully it will be cathartic for me.

I first met my husband almost 20 years ago now and I was 22.

I had just graduated from college.

I had gotten my health care degree and I had moved back to my hometown.

I grew up in a small suburb in the Northeast and a group of them and I one night decided

to go out and the suburb says not too many places to go, but we went and we found like

a little local park and I met my husband there, irony of all ironies.

I met my husband, his struggles with alcohol in a bar.

But that was it and he owned the, it was a small restaurant and he with the bars like

the mainstay and he co-owned it at the time.

So we went and I got to know him that way and I would say the first six months were

good friends and then it developed into more than that and we started dating and we just

we had a blast.

We had a great time.

What was it that initially attracted you to him?

Yeah, so my husband is one of those guys who everybody wants to be around him.

He is so much fun and he makes people feel he's, you're always laughing when you're around
