So it's a really busy but exciting time at the moment.

I know you've written some books about the war of the campaign.

What made you decide to start a podcast?

So the big thing for Rob and I, so, you know, my co-host, Robert Lyman, so, you know, he's been a

historian of the Burma campaign, or historian general, actually, for sort of 30 years. I'm a

relative newcomer. Essentially, it was where we've, we've known each other for quite a few years now. We've sort of made each other on the sort of the history sort of festivals and doing talks and that sort of thing. And it's just the idea that, you know, lots and lots of other podcasts have done the odd episode here and there and they've done brilliant jobs in covering elements of the Burma campaign.
