1:06.0	equipment, to NATO standards, doctrines, and equipments, and to be fully interoperable with NATO.
1:12.2	That'll take time. We've actually worked on that for many years, but the more we succeed in
1:16.5	making Ukraine forces fully interoperable with NATO, the closer they come to NATO in practical terms.
1:23.1	The other path, Stoltenberg said, is political, that we're now very close to finalizing the
1:28.8	agreement to establish the NATO-Ukraine Council, and that will be something different than the
1:33.0	Commission, where 31 allies meet Ukraine. That will be the body of 32. 31 allies plus Ukraine,
1:41.5	equally sitting at the table with the same rights and the same possibilities to consult and to make decisions together if we find that's the right thing to do.
1:49.3	And we will bring Ukraine closer to NATO in political terms.
