Hello and welcome to another interview episode with Holding the Line, journalists against COVID

censorship, and I'm Rouseria Shon Iwa. It's Monday morning, the 28th of February, and I'll be

talking to James Corbett, who hosts and produces the now very well-known and very well-respected

Corbett Report. The Corbett Report is an independent listener-supported alternative news source,

and an outlet for independent critical analysis of politics, society, history and economics.

James himself is an award-winning investigative journalist and is lectured on geopolitics

at the University of Groningen's Studium General.

He has also delivered presentations on open source journalism at the French Institute

for Research and Computer Science at Ted Ex-Groningen and at Ritzumika University in Kyoto.

So I'm delighted that James has agreed to be interviewed and to share his thoughts on the

stage of the world today and indeed speculate on what the future might hold in store.

I want to give listeners an overview of the topics we're going to try and cover in the next hour or so.

Now, over the last two years, the world has undoubtedly lurched into global authoritarianism,

ostensibly to contain the COVID virus.

We've gone from global house arrest or lockdowns to being coerced into taking an experimental

and ineffective injection, which seems have served in many places as a right of passage to a neo-fuel

digital health path and has been used by governments

to gift back to citizens the very same human rights that were already intrinsically theirs.

So we're talking here about the right to buy food, to work, to socialize, in short, the right
