0:23.0	which is so exciting, Hank Green, I have so much respect for this dude and I've been following
0:28.1	his work on YouTube, beyond YouTube for so long. So we are in for a treat today, but I thought
0:35.7	I share a few things of how I'm social distancing.
0:39.3	One, I have been reading so much recently about the Toyota production system and like
0:46.2	manufacturing lines and how companies basically break that down and then run their plants and stuff because I think there's such
0:56.3	a interesting connect with lean manufacturing or manufacturing principles and breaking down a
1:03.1	process that I feel like I could almost apply to my video editing whenever I try to get help
1:09.4	from other people.
1:10.8	Because you guys know that that has been one of my biggest challenges is just delegation.
1:15.5	And I have succeeded in some areas of my life and then failed in others.
1:20.5	And I think it's because I'm not taking the time to really analyze the way I work and
1:26.2	the little steps that I take every single time that I make a video.

1:34.0	And then the second thing I'm doing, which, you know, I'm usually reading a lot of business books
