So this story doesn't, it's like, it doesn't make sense.

So I'm like, who is this guy? What does it mean permanent representative to Somalia and to the UN, permanent representative of Somalia to the UN and president of the Security Council? Like, what's going on here? So I keep looking up who this guy is. And I keep seeing the word permanent, which throws me. Like, how can you be the permanent representative of Somalia to the UN does that mean just like Somalia named

him the permanent representative I like a that doesn't make sense but then president

of the Security Council that sounds like a big deal why why is a guy from Somalia

the president of the security council?

So sure enough, that's the top guy.

One of the top guys at the UN is the president's security council.
