All right, folks, welcome back to another episode of the Almost Awakened podcast. I'm Bill Real.

I'm here with Janice Spangler as my co-host. Brittany is taking the summer off. We just did try to start the show

over on Streamyard, but for some reason, Stream Yard's got some sort of technical issue. So here we are

on Zoom. We're recording this on July 18, 2023. I briefly mentioned that Corey and I had done an episode about a month ago talking about

internal family systems, IFS.

I have started IFS therapy myself, just did the fourth session yesterday with a therapist

here in southern Utah.

I want to give a moment here.

We brought Corey Reese and Katrina Appiah.

Katrina, Appia. And I'll give you guys both a chance. Corey, if you'll just, I know we did this just two minutes ago before we end to the stream, but if you'll just introduce yourself again, briefly mention your private practice here in Southern Utah.

I'll give Katrina a chance to talk and we'll jump into this topic and talk about some IFS.

Perfect. Thank you. Thanks for having me back, Bill. I'm a therapist in Southern Utah. I've been a

licensed clinical social worker for around 20-ish years.

And I left the LDS church about five-ish years ago.

And so since that time, I've kind of shifted to have my private practice focus on helping people navigate faith transitions.
