0:35.0 | go from one meal to the next without creating a crash in your blood sugars, okay? |
0:40.8 | Because when happens, here you are and all of a sudden you don't eat and then your blood |

0:46.3 | Now, certain people don't have that situation. |
0:49.2 | They don't have a propensity to get hypoglycemia. |

0:57.7 | Now, when the blood sugars go low in general, there are two things that will help bring |

1:04.5 | They're called counter-regulating hormones, okay? |
1:07.5 | So like the adrenals, for example, they'll kick in and bring the sugar back up to prevent |

1:14.5 | So if you have really, really good adrenals, you basically, you don't end up with a low |
1:19.4 | blood sugar situation and you can do intermittent fasting very easily. |
1:23.4 | Also the liver is involved, but that's in another video. |
1:26.3 | So if the adrenals are good, you really won't have too much of a low blood sugar situation. |
1:31.6 | But if the adrenal glands are weak and they're not working, you're going to have a lot more |
