So if we want to actually make an impact on an entire state, you can't do that individually.

Because you cannot do it alone, you cannot make the impact that black and brown people be alone.

And so I would just encourage other birth workers that are working in rural areas to make sure

you connect and have a real sisterhood because that's a topic that's talked about a lot

but the work that is required to have a real sisterhood these ladies are here know like I just do

friendship differently okay like I just you know I'll be like oh no no no that's not how I do

friendship we got to have conversation like I just no no right um and just to really be clear about what you require in your sisterhood.

I think a lot of things can be mitigated if you just talk about what you require as a person.

All of those things translate into how you serve your community.

So you can't be, we can't be fighting behind the scenes and then go out here and try to help
