Alright, so this week, we're doing our yearly intentions, where we reflect on the year that we've had, and what we'd like to see from ourselves in the year to come.

It's like a yearly glow-up, but in a more mindful way. Stay tuned.

So, Brittany, you know, it's been a while since we've kind of done this, and you started it.

So I feel like you are maybe the best person

to explain why we talk about our intentions and not necessarily resolutions. Yes. Okay. So New Year,

new us, a lot of people ask, as you have just now, why do I do New Year's intentions as opposed to New Year's resolutions? I think resolutions,

first of all I want to say they're great, but resolutions to me more so represent a specific

outcome or a goal in that sense, whereas like intentions are a little bit more of the attitude that I want to carry with me throughout the year.

So, like, resolutions represent things that I want to do, but intentions represent how I want to live.

I like that. I like the how I want to live.

There are things I want to do, too.

Yeah.

But how I want to live, There are things I want to do, too. Yeah. But the how I want to live,

I recognize has the biggest impact, if we're measuring impact. That's a very good point. It's true,

how you want to live. It also kind of affects how you approach pursuing the goals that you have

and like kind of checking those resolutions off the list. And, you know, Forrest Worth, I will say I am somebody who is, you know, if you go back

to the first time we maybe did this episode or did an intention of the episode, you really

hear a more crystallized rebuttal, I guess you would say.
