0:00.0	Hi, I'm Coach Corey Wayne and this is my video coaching newsletter and the topic of today's
0:04.7	newsletter is going to be intentionally withholding intimacy.
0:09.1	So I've got two emails that I'm going to go through with you.
0:11.7	The first guy was with his ex-girlfriend for about six years and the second guy was with
0:16.7	his girlfriend for about nine years.
0:19.6	The first guy is happy to be free of his ex-girlfriend.
0:24.0	And the second guy is still hoping to date, get her back.
0:30.8	But you can see they have the very similar problems with the women that they were with.
0:37.3	And what's interesting is we all, human beings, we all behave and act in ways that are consistent
0:44.4	with how we view ourselves to be.
0:47.4	And so for people that don't perceive themselves as having much value, they'll date, they'll get
0:54.1	into relationships, and they'll stay in relationships with people that make them feel like they believe about themselves.
1:03.0	So if they don't think very highly of themselves, they'll get into a relationship with somebody that withholds intimacy like you're going to see here.
1:10.0	They tend to be controlling and difficult,
1:12.8	but because the guys don't have a high perception in themselves, they put up with these things
1:19.0	because they think they can't do any better than that. And it's kind of like being trapped.
1:25.1	And so the important thing to understand is that who you're going to spend your time with,
1:30.8	their ability to work things out and talk things out is going to make 95% of the difference in how
1:39.7	easy and effortless your relationship is or just difficult and full of drama and just unpleasant.
1:46.8	Because when you come home at the end of the day, after a long day, you're hoping that your
1:52.2	woman strolls back into your life in the evening and she brings joy into it versus a woman who's just waiting until you get home so she can
2:03.8	unload on you and belittle you and make you feel bad. You want the people that are in your
