Donald's unhinged immigration agenda just took a direct hit, and this one is backed by his own intelligence committee.

The press got its hands on a declassified memo from the National Intelligence Council released because of a Freedom of Information Act request, and it confirms what we all suspected.

Donald made everything up.

NBC News has the report. A newly declassified memo drafted by U.S. intelligence agency seems to contradict one of President Trump's reasons for one of his controversial immigration policies,

deporting migrants to a prison in El Salvador.

Now, the memo disputes the Trump administration's claims that the Venezuelan government is working with a notorious gang.

So you have a new article out after getting a copy of this memo.

So tell us what does this document have to say about the relationship between this gang,

Tranda Aaragua, and Venezuela's government.

This memo is a reflection really of a near-unanimous consensus among intelligence agencies

that this gang, as dangerous as it is, is not being directed, it looks like,

or somehow operating under, with coordination from the Maduro regime in Venezuela.

And that, of course, was the justification cited by the president when he invoked this 1798 law,

the Alien Enemies Act.

Again, the memo explicitly states that the Venezuelan president, Nicholas Maduro's regime,

most likely does not operate TDA, the gang that the Trump regime has classified as a terrorist organization. The memo said that,

quote, Venezuelan intelligence, military, and police services view TDA as a security threat

and operate against it in ways that make it highly unlikely. The two sides would cooperate in a

strategic or consistent way, unquote.

The memo also noted that many detainees were incentivized to lie, falsely linking themselves to the regime,
