We begin this hour with the National Security Legal and Political Shockwaves still reverberating

from the FBI's search of Mar-a-Lago three weeks ago.

The director of National Intelligence says the U.S. intelligence community is conducting

a damage assessment of the documents that were taken from the former president's home.

Remember, we learned last week that Trump still had 148 unique classified documents

in his possession after he left office.

25 of those were marked top secret.

This review is separate from the DOJ's criminal investigation and will help intelligence officials

determine if any harm has been done to our national security.
