He's the new CEO of Intel and he's talking about his plan to put Intel back on

top in chip making technology by 2025.

But hang on, if Intel still has enormous market share and generates billions of

dollars in cash each year, why did it lose its technology lead to begin with?

And why will getting it back take years?
