Yeah. Yeah, I just had my birthday on Tuesday. You're having yours on Saturday. The

weekender fits right in between those. I was telling you, by the way, I'm talking to Nick

Alsman. What am I doing? Talking to Nick Alsman here, the birthday boys are in the studio. I told you before we started, I was, I was in

the kitchen. I've got my leftover birthday cake. And one of my favorite things, Nick, is to just

scrape a little bit of cake, just to pirate a little bit of cake after the official cake ceremony.

I'm feeling it.

I've got the power of sugar right now, Nick.

That's powerful, man.

You don't eat a lot of sugar and you do.

It's something exciting.

I don't allow myself sugar, so when I have it, I'm just, I'm ready to go.

Oh, you know what?

It's funny.

You make fun of me for my California eating, but I'm generally in no sugar, no processed sugar, by the way. I think it's what you mean, right? I don't, I don't know. I come from the Midwest. I don't think about what's processed or unprocessed. I put it in my mouth hole and I swallow. Right. Well, yeah, it's remarkable how cloudy your mind is when you eat a lot of sugar.

You don't even realize it.

Like, my entire life was that way until I cut out sugar and all of a sudden, like everything got sharper and clearer. It was crazy. Well, I mean, I feel, I feel drunk on it. So I've got that going for me. Like it was, it's incredible. Just get you a couple of forkfuls and then go do your job. See how that manifests itself. All right.
