I just wanted to hop on here and give you a quick thanks to the things that we've been implementing system-wise.

You know, we've had record production the past couple of months, and you know, we got the music going.

We've even got a smell machine going, so it smells good when you walk into the office.

We've got our script rolling, which has been game changers, the script.

And, you know, all my team members now are following the script.

It's allowing us to make more sales, allowing me to help coach them.

And it's allowed me to hire another sales producer just because it's

going so well and the other sales producer came from the group interview process

which has been game changer for me cutting down my time on having to interview

people and read resumes and all that nonsense that never matters.

So thank you so much for everything you've done and I can't wait to see what the rest of the year holds, buddy.

Clay Clark, man, he is one character.

That's a good word for him, character. Yeah, that is it.

Driven, smart.

And I've never been a guy who was so hyper all the time.

He's doing so much good.

And then I met his mother.

And she just says, she just lets him be Clay Clark.

I mean, so he's endorsed by his mother and he's doing

magnificent work. So I was a great meeting you out there and all the people that he surrounds

himself with. His Clay Clark starts his days at five o'clock in the morning. Oh, it's incredible.

Yeah, he's he's like he's a machine. He's a machine.
