So let's get right into this. These are typically shorter and we do that intentionally because we've not

re-watched the film yet and I don't want to say things that I later have to

backtrack. So with that said 52 to 8 Florida State, an interesting day on the field, certainly a day where I think

that had we done a preview podcast, which we didn't feel the need to, we would have said this is probably

going to be a sloppy low energy game for

Florida State where they struggle with focus and yet they still out talent

Charleston Southern by a lot. We know Charleston Southern was missing a good handful of players due to suspension and they were not a very good team at all.

Despite the fact they're probably a pretty good FCS team normally. Certainly they were not today and so Florida State wins by 44 points.

But it wasn't a pretty six touchdown win.

Fork State scored on its first three possessions, I believe four of its first five possessions.

And yet it had all the hallmarks of a game where a superiorly talented or

supremely talented team use that talent to overcome

sloppiness for instance

missed assignments by the offensive line a lack of focus a lack of edge up front not knowing your assignments not working together as a team all that stuff was evident early with the offensive line now they got some of that fixed as the game went on but you would like to think

after last week's slow start they would come out firing and humming on all cylinders
