Iowa State with a 80 to 76 lost today to number 16 Auburn on the road in the Big 12 SEC challenge.

Cyclones fell behind early on. It started out, scored six quick points, and then gave up a 9-0 run to Auburn with three straight three pointers, made it 12 to 6, and then cyclones never really got an opportunity to

take the lead again as cyclones led for only two minutes and 20 seconds.

Auburn led for 36.07 but I think that there's a handful of things to take away from this game.

I think that there's some things that were very similar to what we've seen from Iowa State throughout the remainder or like the previous

parts of this season. Again I mean they can't shoot the basketball consistently

enough to win on the road against really good teams.
