Big news on the recruiting trail for the Miami Hurricanes as they officially land the commitment of four-star top 100 defensive linemen Rubin Bain out of Miami Central.

He goes 6-2, about 255-260 in the latest rankings update from the 24-7 sports side of things.

He is the number 71 overall player in the country.

So he's a guy that has continued to rise due to his strong play as a senior.

You know, there is going to be some shuffling probably with the rankings in terms of,

because 24-7 sports is updating its rankings.

We believe this puts Miami in the top five range. Definitely striking distance to finish in the top

five with strong closes upcoming. But anyways, back to Ruben Bain, Gabby, your thoughts on this

addition to Miami's class.

Yeah, I don't think that you're going to find a more productive high school player,

especially along the defensive line in the country than Ruben Bain.

I mean, over the past two seasons, I mean, the numbers are just absolutely ridiculous.

I mean, he had 29 and a half sacks last year.

I think he has 27 this year, 37 tackles for loss.

I think he had 49 and a half as a junior.
