It's the first day of training camp 2025.

ironically enough this was talked about for boy i'd say weeks that we were going to do a youtube

live to youtube live for these podcasts during camp and i just showered up and dried off here at the

office and wandered around got myself a coffee and then i realized live, you idiot. So I apologize to everyone who showed up at 4 o'clock because I'm a dunce and wasn't there for you. But Phil's here, and Phil was sitting there the whole time. It's right over there. You could see him, right in the other chair. It's hanging out. So we're going to bring them in in a second. but for now, we want to talk about today's first training camp practice in which there were

no pads.

And it was a very limited minicamp OTA feel to it.

But this being day, it's a ramp up period.

But am I getting Phil?
