before we dive into the episode I just want to put out into the world just these good vibes that I somehow still have going for me.

episodes and I've gone through some not so good days I feel like it honestly feels like

I've had like three good days and I'm just like kind of bracing myself for a bad day to

hit like who knows what's going to happen when that occurs but I'm having a good day today so I want to

Put out this energy into the world and I hope you guys can feel that today is going to be a good day wherever you are whatever time it is where you know

whatever you're doing it's going to be good okay it's gonna be good because I say so

and I just want to you know say that if you are ever having a moment where you're like,

I think that's the only way that we will survive this is just feeding off the energies of others
