We just had an opportunity to speak with Joe Rudolph, a bunch of good stuff with him, Jeremiah Love.

Drake Bowen was there as well, as was Anthony Knapp and KVA.

Let's start, well, let's start with Jay Love because everybody wants to hear about Jay Love.

And, you know, I asked him about the 48-yard run.

He's scored in, I said, you've probably scored in 150 different ways, and you added another one bouncing off the stomach of a defensive

lineman. And he just said, you know, that was, that one isn't, you know, he tries to plan a lot of

what he does and scout the defensive line and how they tackle, et cetera.

That one he couldn't plan on, but he suddenly realized that, hey, I don't think my knee

touched the ground and jumped up and ran the distance.

But you spent some time with Jay Love, Drew, what did you hear from him?

Yeah, somebody asked him about how would you try and stop this offense?

Clearly, you play too high safeties. They're going to run the ball over you like they did against USC. You load the box like their couple teams did recently, and he's, CJ Carr is going to throw the ball deep, and he's like, honestly, you probably just need to play base defense against us, and you maybe focus a little more on stopping the run, but it's clearly like they're very aware of how confidence this team is in the offense when it's clicking on all cylinders and what that can do to opposing defenses.

He was asked about, you know, the spectacular nature of some of his plays and, you know, what could you do next?

And he didn't hesitate. He said hurtling two guys at once because he has hurtled one.

So maybe that's the next mountain for him to climb.

But just always an interesting opportunity to talk to Jay Love because he is such a student of the game.

As I said, he's looking at defense alignment.
