In this episode we want to talk about the hurdles that have hit the furniture industry and consumer industry as a whole. 0:44.0	With every install we do, 10% of the furniture arrives and something is amiss with it.
0:52.0	And we're really good at warehousing and we're good at delivering to you guys.
0:56.0	And unfortunately this is just like in getting it made.
0:59.0	You do all this hard work.
1:00.0	You do get the furniture made.
1:02.0	You send on all the details.
1:04.0	Orders paid for the furniture gets built, gets put on a truck.
1:07.0	And somehow between AMB, there's damages, 10% of the time.
1:11.0	That's pretty high.
1:12.0	Sometimes they ship the wrong thing.
1:14.0	Sometimes they ship the wrong thing.
1:16.0	Or like the wrong finish on the thing, it takes a lot to get something here.
1:22.0	Well, you know, really, really well done and have it be perfectly ordered.
1:26.0	It happens 95% of the time, 90% of the time.
1:29.0	But you go to install a big house that's just been newly built and guaranteed 10% of it.
