Summary

As we celebrated International Women's Day earlier in the month we've been looking back at inspirational woman who've appeared on the podcast over the past seven years.

Today it's the triple threat of Hannah Waddingham.

It's a fabulous conversation from 2024 as she started filming for series 3 of Ted Lasso, on the eve of Emmy recognition.

Listen, be inspired, and enjoy.

Cheers.

woman of the hour. She's a friend of mine. For years, she dazzled in the West End. Nobody ever really took seriously

the level of talent that oozed out of everything she did. She was the ultimate triple threat.

jumped in the car and came round. By the time

she got to mine, I had a curry on the go, the wine was chilled and we popped our corks and talked

and talked and talked. I cannot tell you how lovely it is to see Hannah finally being recognised, celebrated and adored by audiences

around the world. So sit back and listen in as we unpack the brilliant Hannah Waddingham story.

Hannah Waddingham, thank you so much.

1:29.3

It's completely my pleasure.

1:31.4

Do you know what?

1:31.8

That literally felt like an obituary.

1:34.4

So I'm thinking of saying that.

1:35.2

Now I know what you'll say at my funeral.

1:37.1

Yeah.

1:38.2

I mean, when you hear it back, it's quite a life, right?

1:41.3

I know.

1:41.9

It makes me feel like I've actually done a bit that's been quite worthwhile.

1:45.7

So that's good. A bit? Hello? More than a bit? No, but you know, you're in your 20s and your 30s,
