program. How are you, sir? I'm good. Thanks for having me. It's great

having you here. We first met years ago in Trafalgar Square. We did. How did

that happen? Well, funnily enough, people won't believe me, but I had a

premonition a week before I was going to meet you and actually

the same thing happened when I met Jeff Thompson I actually had the same thing that happened to me then

but I had a premonition I was going to meet you and then one sunny afternoon on a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon.

I was my friend Ingrid in Traug Square and I saw you out of the distance training

on your way running through the square and I thought that's Brian Rose.

I need to talk to him.

I think I scared you but you were very polite and you know you said join the academy and I did and I haven't looked back.

You join the academy you were at our summit in March and I noticed you at the summit because like you have all this amazing positive energy

and like you're always looking after people and you're always like giving and at the summit you were just doing all these crazy things and then in your spare time

you were shadow boxing at the Royal Aeronautical Society and doing this mini bulletproof

ad and then like at the end you were just helping out some more and I was like immediately

kind of drawn to your energy.

I think I was drawn to your energy as well. I think the London Real Academy's

everyone who works there is just really genuine and I gravitate towards those kind of people.

Yeah and I had a fantastic time. That's actually why I joined the business accelerator because after that conference I was inspired by the

guests you had on stage. Right because I brought up Mike Larrock and our man in

Sweden doing the yoga and you saw some of the stories.

But yeah, what made you finally pull the trigger because you know you've had your business
