Hey everyone, this is Nick Dio. Welcome back to episode 3 of Inside 4D's. I know we've

had a few weeks off here. We were in the final sprint of 2018 as I'm sure many of you

are. And I'm actually really excited to announce that we've just finished our last 4D session

of the year, so we're currently underway planning 2019. You know, it's very appropriate

to just take a second and thank all of our 40s alumni from this year. It's been an absolutely

incredible year. We've fittingly held 18 sessions in 2018 and we're consistently inspired

by all the entrepreneurs, founders, operators and businesses that we get to spend time

with during the daily digital deep dive. So we have on myself and the agency, we're humbled

to be able to get to work with you and grow with you and it's going to be really fun

watching what this group does over the next few years. So that's exciting as well.

With that 2019 planning, we just finished our 40s schedule for Q1 in New York City. You

can find those dates at VaynerMedia.com, forward slash events and we'll be kicking off the

year with 40s down in Miami at the Hard Rock Stadium on January 16th, day before Agent

2021. For those of you that don't know, Agent 2021 is the premier conference for real estate,

automotive, travel and insurance agents that have a very forward thinking social and digital

first mindset. So we'll be down there for both events. I'll be down there with the team if

you're listening and attending. Wood would absolutely love to meet you. Now before we get into

this session from May 15th, I'd like to acknowledge all the feedback that I've been getting on Twitter,

email and Instagram DM. While we're only two episodes into this, I think we've got

the makings of something special to share with the community and your input is massively appreciated.
