people that are thinking larger. I got none other than my man Clem Connor. Clem, welcome to the show for the second time. Thank you, Rich, for having me. I'm really excited to be back. A lot of things happened in a year, so we can talk a little about the evolution of what happened. When you came on, initially, you had five chapters, and now you scaled a 21 chapters. I can't wait to talk about it. And there's so many things I want to talk about.

And so I think the economy's about to change. I think we're getting the country back.

And I think this bodes very well for business owners, real estate investors, all that sort of stuff.

But my question to you is, as a founder of Fastlane, do you feel like Trump winning the election is going
