All right guys, welcome to another episode of The Report. Today, I got someone special. I got someone who

actually founded the exotic car club that I'm personally a part of. This car club has changed my life,

has changed my network and ability to network with higher net worth people, people that are thinking bigger,

people that are thinking larger. I got none other than my man Clem Connor. Clem, welcome to the show for the second time. Thank you, Rich, for having me. I'm really excited to be back. A lot of things happened in a year, so we can talk a little about the evolution of what happened. When you came on, initially, you had five chapters, and now you scaled a 21 chapters. I can't wait to talk about it. And there's so many things I want to talk about.

But first and foremost, we had an election night last night.

I think the people have spoke.

They don't want the bureaucracy.

They don't want the red tape.

They're sick of all the stuff that has been going on, shoving vaccines on people, shutting

down businesses, all that sort of stuff.

The people have spoken. They don't want it any longer. It was a landslide. Trump won.

And so I think the economy's about to change. I think we're getting the country back.

And I think this bodes very well for business owners, real estate investors, all that sort of stuff.

But my question to you is, as a founder of Fastlane, do you feel like Trump winning the election is going

to change the landscape for you and all of your members moving forward, being, knowing that a lot

of your members are business owners, entrepreneurs? I don't talk about politics. I'm neutral. I live in

California. I have a lot of members who are

from both sides. Everywhere in the world, we have a lot of chat with a lot of debate. We shut down

everything right away because as an entrepreneur, business owner of something that big, I have to

respect both my members. So I don't want to say if it's good or bad.

I think regardless for businesses, it's going to be good, but, you know, I want to respect both
