Hey guys, episode 11, before we get started, I just want to say thank you to all of you, my bad, who purchased merchandise over the weekend. We got so many orders more than what we thought. And I just want to say thank you for supporting us and for all your kind words.

And yeah, because it's, it's very, the whole weekend, I was just like super nervous about it. I don't know because you just think things can go wrong. There was a little glitch at one point and it's on us and you want everything to go smoothly. I want everybody to get their merchandise on time

and it's out of our hands. We have all your merchandise is being delivered or I'm sorry, is being sent out from the warehouse. So we're, I feel like control freaks and we like to know things are going. So that's another thing I think that makes me nervous because you don't want any mistakes, especially when it's your very first merchandise drop because normally if somebody has a bad experience the first time, they're not going to come back. And we don't want that to happen. So yeah, this weekend, I was kind of nervous.

Yeah, well, we're new in it, right?

So we don't know anything that's involved, right? You just have to jump in the water and start swimming because we're gonna make mistakes. There's gonna be bumps in the road. People are gonna have returns. People are gonna have complaints. People are gonna have bad experiences. It's just life, you know? So I got to learn to let go a little bit, roll with the punches and make sure, you know,

I could control what I could control, you know.

Right. experiences, it's just life. So I got to learn to let go a little bit, roll with the punches and make sure, I could control what I could control. And that's all. So I'm gonna learn a lot of stuff. I already have learned so much about the business and running a small business. Way more went into it, like you said, than I originally thought. With the credit card companies, and I'm sorry if you got flagged out there too. We don't want to spend the whole time talking about our business.

But if you got flagged on your credit card, you know, that's all behind the wall stuff that I sat through this class. And I was really half paying attention because there was so much information being thrown at me. And they kind of put up the flag. So if you're billing doesn't match your credit card, It's gonna give you a red flag and I know that happened dozens of times

because I got the emails through everything over the weekend.

But a lot of people went back and figured out what they did wrong and then got their order through but if you didn't I apologize, I'm talking to the company later today, gonna iron out some of that stuff. Well like I said, it's a learning experience, we have limited merchandise to put out so you know the manufacturers not being overwhelmed, we're not overwhelmed. And, you know, the first wave, like you said, went really good, you know?

So I'm excited It's great Preparation for you because you said this spring you're gonna start jargnair you want to go to a farmers markets Yeah, and do things like that you can take our merch with you things like that and then for me with the merch It's I It makes me excited because I'm like, well we can take our merch with you, things like that. And then for me with the merch, it's,

I, it makes me excited because I'm like, well, we can change up the logo a bit. We can have fun with it. Fourth of July, I wanna do another drop. But we'll see, we'll see what happens. I want you to do your drug near that something like a dream of yours that you've been talking about. I'm gonna be more hands on just knowing the behind the scenes.
