Hello, welcome back to Inside the Tape on Inside the Birds.

Of course, Inside the Tape is with Greg Kosell, who breaks down the tape of the Eagles last game.

I'm Jeff Mosher alongside Adam Kaplan, and we're breaking down the Eagles defense from

their 33-26 comeback win over the Rams in week three. That's because on the last episode,

we did the offense. And so here we moved to the other side of the ball and Greg. Very lopsided

game, because I think you can say, man, the Eagles giving up 26 points is not where they want to be.

But a lot of key drives in which they held the round field goals.

And then later in the second half, you had some big third down and fourth down stopped by Jordan Davis.

So certainly a lot of positives to go along with some of the negatives that we'll talk about,

say, in run defense.

Yeah, the run defense was problematic in the first half.

Corum and Williams combined for 194-109.

Their front was handled in the first half.

You know, Davis had had a great second half on defense, not a great first

half. Jalen Carter, for whatever reason, was not really a factor in this game. Again, when I say

not a factor, it's not a matter of him making tackles, but he wasn't really a factor in winning. So he

was not a big factor in this game,

which is odd, but that's what the tape showed. The other thing that really stood out to me in this

game was the way they used Jihad Campbell. He had 19 snaps on the ball in this game, the most of any

in the first two games. In fact, he had 19 total in the first two games, and he had 19

in this game. So is this a harbinger of things to come? You know, that could be opponent-based. We

don't know. But they could not stop the run particularly well in the first half. They were moved
