What is that like? You're looking at the blood. It's right off the shroud. You're looking at Jesus' blood.

And who am I? It hits you that this is something that is beyond your understanding.

And it leaves you with that sense of awe because there's something that is beyond your understanding. And it leaves you with that sense of awe because there's

something that's hardly, it's incomprehensible. Then you figure, you know, where do I fit in?

This is touched by heaven. Everyday encounters with God at those moments when heaven and earth

collide.

And we see God, we see His hand reaching out to us, attempting to get our attention,

certainly is with the burial cloth, the shroud of Turin.

Excited about this because I didn't know until just recently that a fellow parishioner of mine at church, Dr. John Judge, was part of that investigation, late 70s, when this was the last big investigation of the burial cloth, the supposed burial cloth of Jesus.

All the evidence is there.

All the bad science is now gone.

But John, a pathologist, got to look at the blood and some other things, and so we're going to talk to him about that today.

But just hearing his experience is worth a little trip here.
