a 3.67% low enriched uranium, that's 70% of the capabilities you need to get to weapons grade uranium.

When you're 20%, you're 90% of what you need to get in weapons grade. When you're at 60%, you're 99%

of what you need to get to weapons grade. And weapons grade is essentially 90% in rich uranium.

So as the CIA director, John Ratcliffe, said just the other day, you know, Iran was on the 99-yard line.

And if you imagine a football team on the 99-yard line, it's a pretty safe assumption that they're there to score a goal.

They're not there to get to the 99-yard line and then march backwards into their end zone.
