Today, how the Secretary of State is driving policy on Iran and President Trump's confrontational

tweets, plus the battle for control in Venezuela.

Last Thursday, we learned that President Trump had ordered a drone strike on an Iranian

general, Kasim Soleimani, who was the head of the Kudz force of the Islamic Revolutionary

Guard Corps.

This is its external wing of the Iranian military and easily the most prominent Iranian military

figure in probably the second most important person, frankly, in the Iranian leadership.
