It was a big day for yours truly yesterday, as Donald Trump's lies and bullshit finally

met a dead end in the New York courtroom of Judge Arthur and Goran, who ruled that

Trump and his company be held liable for fraud for inflating his net worth in order to

deceive banks and insurers, resolving one of the key claims in the civil fraud lawsuit

brought by the New York State Attorney General just days before a trial is set to start.

Judge and Goran, in a blistering and angry ruling, rejected outright Trump's request

for a range of pretrial victories, calling his arguments rehashed and erroneous.

Judge and Goran's ruling on Monday is also complete rejection of Trump's bullshit arguments

that he didn't inflate the values of his golf courses, his hotels, homes, Mar-a-Lago,

and seven springs on his financial statements.

And I quote, in defendant's world, rent-regulated apartments are worth the same as unregulated

apartments.

Restricted land is worth the same as unrestricted land.

Restrictions can evaporate into thin air, a disclaimer by one party, casting responsibility

on another party, exonerates the other party's lies the judge wrote in the decision, instead

the judge gave a major victory to Attorney General Letitia James, immediately revoking

Trump's license to do business in the state of New York.

Attorney General Letitia James's office has submitted conclusive evidence that the former

president and his co-defendants overvalued their assets by between 812 million and 2.2 billion

from the years 2014 to 2021 and Goran wrote in a court filing,
