Well, you are not only the one-time male exception we make to this podcast. You are now the two-time male

exception because this is the second time we're having you on and we're so excited. We wanted to

make sure that today we have something new for all of you because we've been seeing a lot of

really disturbing things happening in the press and the media and in the world in general.

And it seems like it's a

sad, scary place out there. And so we thought, you know, now is the time to hear from Lundy
