Hello and welcome back to the Times Tech podcast with me, Katie Prescott, and you, Danny Fawtson.

That's Katie in the city and Danny in the Valley, for those who know.

Now, Danny, a couple of weeks ago, we were talking about Elon Musk's grand ambitions for interplanetary travel.

I do recall this, but I don't recall. What did we conclude?

I think we thought it was a great idea. Keep going, Elon. But ever the interesting character

in tech and beyond, we thought it would be good to dig down a little deeper into how he's been

spending his time on Earth over the past few months. Yeah. So today's episode is going to be

slightly different from usual because we're

going to be joined by John McNeil.

And he served as the president of Tesla for a 30-month period, about 2 and F years,

when revenue went from $2 billion to $20 billion.

And we're hoping that John, having worked at the kind of the right hand of the king,

can help us go inside the mind of Elon.
