If you want to be a part of the program, uh, we have a real dangerous situation

evolving down in Tijuana at the border with Mexico as the people of Tijuana are

absolutely apoplectic, angry.

They're using the words that they feel like they were invaded.

Now thousands of these migrants have descended upon this town and there's no means

by which to take care of them.

And the people are very angry and frustrated and and you can see

tempers are beginning to flare and it's it's not looking good.

And this is what the president was saying was going to happen potentially here.

Now if the president didn't see that they were marching and saying telegraphing,

we're going to the American border.

And the president didn't act he would have been blamed for that.

But the president has said in the military, they have laid down miles and miles

and miles and miles worth of it's not even barbed wire.

It's razor wire, which is very difficult to cut get through.

And obviously we have other means of watching people if they try to

vandalize it, very different situation than the fence that was down in southern

Mexico that the migrants plowed through and just ran across the border.

Bulldozing any police or military in Mexico on the way.
