Having quite a vociferous argument with Johnny Mitchell about this, a fellow sends

a tweet to say that he's a beat writer for the San Francisco 49ers, and have I seen

the 49ers play this year?

Why is a beat writer from the San Francisco 49ers listening to Five Live Sports Extra and not at Candlestick Park? Good question. Observation number one. Good question. Observation. Sometimes stadium security is a little bit vociferous. Maybe they wouldn't let him in, Darren. I've no experience of that. No, no experience.

Pass security and he got a little excited and they wouldn't let him in. No experience of that whatsoever. Never get excited at the football stadium whatsoever. The other observation is you've got to spare a thought for me. You're lucky you've got me today. My wife this morning is driven over a tin of white gloss paint. and there is a 20 metre radius
