Yes, hello, welcome to Inside the Huddle in association with NFL Shop Europe.

I'm your host, Neil Reynolds, joined as ever by my partner, Jeff Reyn. And there is a lot to talk about. There is no offseason in the NFL. And Jeff, we'll get to some of our state of the franchise teams. We're going to restart that series a little bit later in this podcast. We'll get Cincinnati, Washington, and hopefully Green Bay.

But we may push Green Bay to next week, depending on how much we talk about other stuff.

We'll hear from Vikings general manager Rick Spielman, and we'll take some questions in the mailbag.

But, Jeff, lots of news, lots going on around the NFL as these rookies start to hit the field for the first

time with the rookie minicamps. Yeah, you know, and Neil, it is really, really interesting. I was

in Seattle this weekend and I actually went down and watched them get their first day in. And as

you know, it was absolutely a service because of

you know the young kid they drafted with one hand and and i'm going to tell you something

it is such an amazing thing to watch these kids start to transition into national football

league players because it is a big jump for a lot of them.

Let's have a look at some of the news that's been knocking around, Jeff, because there has been a lot.

Shakyne Griffin was kind of limited a little bit by the Seahawks and rightly so because they

want it to be about football for him at the moment.

So we'll talk about the Seahawks in a second

because they had another parting of ways

with a big-name defender from their team.

Cliff Avril has been released.

But let's start with the news that Matt Ryan has signed

a five-year, $150 million contract extension

with the Atlanta Falcons.
