while we're recording this it is 430 a.m in Hawaii there I bet there have been equal amounts of

times in your life where you've been just going to bed at 4.30 a.m. or just going up? Which was the over under?

I tell you what, when I was younger, it was a lot more 4.30 going to bed as opposed to now 4.30 getting up.

Yeah, so those days when you could go to bed at 4.30 and you'd be absolutely fine.

Now it's like if somebody suggests you start a film at 9 o'clock at night, you're like,

are you crazy?

Nearly bedtime.

Listen, it's nearly training camp time.

In fact, it is training camp time for the Chicago Bears and the Baltimore Ravens.

They've already opened their training camps due to

them playing in the Hall of Fame game on Thursday, August 2nd. That's the first of the preseason

games in the NFL. Jeff, tomorrow I'm going to be heading off to the United States. I'm going to be

seeing the Titans, the Chargers, the Raiders and the Seahawks.

Just generally, let's chat a little bit about training camp.

For me, it's one of my favorite times of the year.

I think it's kind of football in its purest form because you're, I don't know, you're so up

close and personal with it.
