I'm your host, Neil Reynolds, joined as ever by Jeff Reinbold from North America.

We're recording this on Tuesday afternoon, a few hours, Jeff, before England plays.

I'm a little bit on edge, a little bit nervous, but it's coming home.

Yeah, and it's exciting.

I was telling you guys before we started the show that in our locker room, in our

meeting rooms, in our wait room, all of, you know, their televisions all over the facility,

and they're all tuned to the World Cup.

And our guys actually know, now they don't know every player, but they certainly know the stars and they're

pulling for the different teams and, you know, it's amazing. The Nigerian kids, the kids of Nigerian descent,

they were rooting for Nigeria and, you know, the Italian kids for Italy. And I mean, it's amazing.

Jeff, I got into trouble a few weeks back for dipping my toe in and, you know, having a say on another sport.

And I got quite a bit of controversy on Twitter when I had a little dig at Namar.

I stand exactly where I was two weeks ago, which is standing up, which is more than he ever does.

Wow.

I tell you, that's the only thing.

It is, the game is so beautiful, and the skill level of the players is so phenomenal.

I mean, because we see MLS soccer, which is, you know, the North American League here.

And obviously, it's not anywhere close to the talent level of those national teams.

But, you know, you can really appreciate the skill of the players.

But the flopping thing, Neil, has gotten completely to me.
