before you look back look at yourself in the mirror now you just eating all that turkey and

all that stuffing and drank all that egg nod get your butt up and do some push-ups

and sit-ups looking good enough, isn't I, Jeff?

You can't beat a bit of that.

I don't know if I should have drunk as much as I did in the studio on Christmas Eve,

but you've got to get through it somehow, right?

Let's have a look back at 2016, the calendar year, so not necessarily the season.

And Jeff, we'll go right back to the first month of it last year or into the second month,

just about Peyton Manning, riding off into the sunset.

It was an incredible story in the end.
