So we went to a country park in Kent, famous one called Buell Water, and there's a cycle track that goes around this huge lake and we turned up we've

never been there before and we said to the man we want to hire some bikes how long does it take to

ride around the lake he said two hours maximum it's a nice easy ride so we said okay well we've

got three kids the youngest one Poppy she's eight is do you think she can do it in two hours?

Yes, no problem at all, he said.

So we go off, we set off three hours into this cycle ride, and we are exhausted.
