his picks for week eight in the NFL.

And week eight, of course, such a special weekend again for NFL fans here in the UK we have

the Atlanta Falcons against the Detroit Lions at Wembley Stadium and as a result I've been with both

teams this week building up to that big game so much going on around the UK around London with

this game we have the fan rally at Trafalgar Square on

Saturday afternoon from 12 until 4. The NFL Sunday brunch outside Wembley Stadium from 9 o'clock

on Sunday and then the game. Of course, differently this year, a 1.30 kickoff, which is great for

fans as they look to get home at the end of their day at

Wembley Stadium.

So I've spent some time with both teams this week.

Let's start by hearing from Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan.

Stayed up the first day we kind of flew in.

We got in early Monday morning.

Pushed through the day.

It was kind of tired that day.

But slept good the last two nights and feel really good today.

Feel adjusted to the time and excited to get out onto the practice field this afternoon and get going.
