I'm joined by my regular Sky Sports partner, Jeff Reimbold, to discuss all the latest from the NFL.

And Jeff, I'll just start off with this simple question.

It's not even a question, really.

It's a statement.

What a week.

There is no offseason in the NFL.

Absolutely.

We've been preaching it for how long now, and I think the fans are starting to get a feel for.

This is one of the most significant times of the year in the NFL, because this is your first opportunity after the previous season to improve your team for the next season.

And just on that, then, Free Agency opened on Tuesday night.

It was like Transfer Deadline Day on a Sugar Rush.

It really was.

As Jeff mentioned, it was the start of the new league year,

and Free Agency signings began.

And Jeff, within the first 30 minutes,

there were 20 deals that were struck in the first half an hour alone.

By the end of day one, teams had spent $1 billion.

Now, I know people should understand as well that when you're looking at that money and

there's five or six year deals, really you're looking at the first couple of years of that

and the guaranteed money, because as we've seen,
