Jeff Rheimbold, Jeff, good morning. What time is it? Do you even know what day it is, what time it is?

All I know is it's the day before, the day before, which is what we, in coaching parlance, I guess, is, you know, the day before, the day before you play your game.

So you usually travel the day before you play.

We go to Montreal for a big Thursday night game.

And so this morning we're getting ready to go on the field for our last practice,

you know, the last active physical practice before we play.

Excellent.

All right, good stuff.

So we are going to talk a little bit of news around the NFL.

We're going to give you our top five three four defensive ends.

Jeff, I'm not in a cupboard today, but I'm in the NFL UK offices and they're painting.

And I tell you what, the fumes are overwhelming.

I will be high as a kite although not officially by the end

of this podcast it's like heady days here i'm telling you it's good stuff um can't be a bit of gloss

so the franchise tags are going to be signed or hopefully signed this week i won't think we'll talk

too much about that because uh by the time people listen to this

podcast, things will have moved on.
