I'm your host, Neil Reynolds, joined as ever by my partner from Sky Sports coverage of the NFL,

training camps are in full swing now. We've got our first preseason game in the books with

Minnesota beating Pittsburgh 14-3 in the Hall of Fame game. Does feel like we're edging

ever closer to the 2015 season. Yeah, you know what? Not only in full swing, but they're hitting each other.

And, you know, it's that time of year.

You can feel it.

When you see those Hall of Famers, don't those yellow jackets, you know, it's just about

time for, you know, for the real stuff to start.

Yeah, we're going to look at some news around the NFL.

We will have a little bit of a chat about training camps and how they differ from regular season football because obviously it isn't exactly the same.

Preseason games, of course, are as Jeff said, they hit him.

But things can be a little bit different from time to time during training camps.

So we'll have a chat about that.

We'll answer your questions in

the mailbag and i'll give some updates from uh from when i last checked in with you guys i was

visiting detroit and buffalo so i'll give a couple of my updates uh on that jeff we'll start with

the news that um erian foster suffered a pretty significant groin injury could i've read that he could be out until possibly up until week 10.

I mean, this is a significant injury for a player on a talented team where he has had some injury problems.

But again, a player who's going to be leaned on heavily as the Texans try and work out who their quarterback is.
