from Sky Sports coverage of the NFL. It's Jeff Reimbold. Jeff, how are you doing, man? First week of

the CFL season is in the books. Tell us how it went. Well, it didn't go well for the Eastern Division

at all. All three teams in the East that played, Ottawa had a buy and didn't play in

the opening week. But, you know, Toronto got ambushed in Winnipeg and then Montreal went to Calgary

and in Hocho Cinco's debut in the CFL and got beat. And then we got beat in Regina in front of

Peter King from Monday morning quarterback on Sunday.

So it was a tough weekend for the Eastern Division.

But when you wake up today, you find out even though you're 0 and 1, you're still in first place in the East.

So it's just life in pro football.

I want to talk to you about some of the things that Peter King wrote about and how some of the things that are going on in the CFL might eventually translate to the NFL and what we watch on Sundays.

We've got some other news from around the NFL and we'll get to our listeners questions in the mailbag.

So, Jeff, one of the key things that Peter King wrote about, you mentioned it was Canada Week on the Monday morning

quarterback website in association with Sports Illustrated. He was writing and talking about things that

are different in the Canadian Football League to the NFL. And one of the things he felt should

be introduced to the NFL was past interference calls being reviewable.

And as you know, in the NFL, it's more things about possession of the ball,

catches, positioning on the field, is a foot in bounds or out of bounds.
